Terms of Service
1. Agreement to These Terms
These Terms of Service (the Terms) form a binding agreement between you and CP0, the operator of the web application at cp0.dev and the CP0 plugin for Figma. By creating an account or using the service in any way, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the service. Nothing in these Terms limits any mandatory consumer rights granted by the laws of your country of residence.
2. Service Description
CP0 is an AI-powered tool that converts Figma designs into production-ready React, TypeScript, and Tailwind CSS code. The service includes the CP0 plugin for Figma, the web application, and the tools to review, edit, and export generated projects. You choose the Figma layers to compile, and the service generates code for them entirely for your own use.
3. Accounts and Eligibility
You must be at least 13 years old to create an account, and you must be old enough to enter into a binding contract in your country, or you must have consent from a parent or legal guardian. You are responsible for keeping your login credentials confidential and for everything done from your account. You agree to provide accurate registration information, to keep it current, and to confirm the email address on your account.
4. Tokens, Limits, and Plans
The service reserves CP0 tokens when you start a scan in the Figma plugin ("Start scan"), after showing you an estimate. Starting a scan holds the server-recounted amount from your balance; the hold is settled against measured usage afterward. One token equals one node in the Figma design tree. Plan limits are set out on the Pricing page, which is incorporated into these Terms. The Free plan includes 1,500 one-time tokens (never refilled), 3 exports all-time, and up to 3 active projects. The Pro plan is 19 USD per month or 190 USD per year (2 months free) and includes 15,000 tokens per month and 50 exports per month; annual plans drip the monthly allocation each month of the paid year. The Legendary plan is 49 USD per month or 490 USD per year (2 months free) and includes 50,000 tokens per month and unlimited exports subject to fair use and rate limits. Paid tokens reset each billing cycle and do not roll over; free tokens never reset and upgrading is the only path to more. Downgrading never deletes existing projects or export history; over-cap accounts keep everything read-only and are blocked from new creates and exports until back under cap. Canceling stops renewal at the end of the paid period; access and already-granted tokens continue until then with no prorated refund of the subscription price. We may change plan limits, prices, and token rates from time to time, and will give you reasonable notice of any material change before it applies to you.
5. Payment, Billing, and Subscriptions
Payments for paid plans are processed by Paddle, our merchant of record, using its checkout and billing tools. When you buy through Paddle, the payment transaction is with Paddle and the license to the service is with us. Paid subscriptions renew automatically at the end of each billing period until you cancel. You can cancel at any time from the Paddle customer portal or by contacting us, and your paid access continues until the end of the period you already paid for. Card and payment details are collected and handled by Paddle under its own privacy policy, not by us.
6. Refunds
Our Refund Policy, available at /refund-policy, is part of these Terms and governs all refund requests. Failed generations are refunded automatically (no token burn); after 3 refunded failures within 24 hours, further failures burn tokens normally as an anti-abuse measure. Any statutory right of withdrawal you have under the consumer protection laws of your country, including in the European Union, applies despite anything in these Terms, except that the 14-day withdrawal right is waived once tokens are consumed because production starts on purchase. A refunded or disputed subscription loses the paid tier immediately while already-generated artifacts are kept.
7. Intellectual Property
You own all rights in the code the service generates for you and in the Figma designs you provide, subject to any rights held in the Figma content itself. You grant us a limited license to your designs and account data to provide, maintain, and improve the service. The service itself, including its brand, interface, and underlying technology, belongs to CP0 and is protected by intellectual property laws.
8. Acceptable Use
You agree to use the service only for lawful purposes. You may not use the service to generate or distribute content that infringes someone else's rights, or to interfere with the service, attempt unauthorized access, or abuse token balances, rate limits, or trial or refund mechanisms.
9. Termination and Suspension
You may stop using the service at any time. To close your account and delete its data, contact us from your account email and we will process your request; erasure is described in our Privacy Policy. We may suspend or terminate your account if you breach these Terms, with notice where reasonably practical, and we may permanently delete the associated data, subject to the erasure rights in our Privacy Policy. Provisions of these Terms that reasonably survive termination, including warranty disclaimers, limitations of liability, and governing law, will survive.
10. Disclaimer of Warranties
The service and all generated output are provided as is and as available, without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. We do not warrant that generated code is free from errors, vulnerabilities, or third-party claims, and you are responsible for validating and testing any code before you use it.
11. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, CP0 is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for loss of profits, data, or goodwill, arising from your use of the service or the generated code. Our aggregate liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid for the service in the twelve months before the claim, or one hundred US dollars if you paid nothing. Nothing in this section limits liability that cannot be excluded by law.
12. Indemnification
You agree to indemnify and hold CP0 and its agents harmless from claims, damages, and reasonable costs arising from your use of the service, your violation of these Terms, or your infringement of a third party's rights, to the extent permitted by law.
13. Changes to These Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be posted at this URL with an updated Last Updated date, and we will give you reasonable notice where the law requires it. Continued use of the service after changes take effect means you accept the revised Terms; if you do not agree, you should stop using the service.
14. Governing Law and Disputes
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Delaware, United States, without regard to its conflict-of-law provisions. Any dispute arising from these Terms will be resolved in the state or federal courts located in Delaware. If you are a consumer in a jurisdiction that grants you mandatory protections, those protections apply instead of this clause to the extent required by law.
